Monday through Saturday
Liberty Kids is re-gathering in October! We are so excited to offer Liberty Kids in the classrooms at our Downtown Brooklyn location starting on October 11th.We will have two classes, Pre-K through Kinder (any child over three welcome!), and 1st through 5th grade in elementary. We are putting your health and safety first, and ask that you refer to our re-gathering plan if you have any questions about our practices and expectations. Most importantly, you will be able to pre-register your children for Liberty Kids using the same link used to register for the Sunday service. And, consistent with state guidelines, all children over the age of five will be required to wear masks. Our amazing team of teachers and classrooms leaders will be wearing masks, sanitizing surfaces, and helping the children maintain social distancing in family groups. However, we recognize that social distancing can be particularly challenging for our youngest members, and may not always be feasible in the Pre-K classroom. We will continue offering an interactive Liberty Kids online Zoom experience Sunday afternoons for anyone not ready to re-gather in person at this time. As we re-gather, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to Gabrielle Vickers at [email protected]Liberty Kids Online
We’re a missional community that is for our city, not just in it. We are committed to locking arms with excellent and highly trusted community partners to promote justice, serve our city, and help those in need in our neighborhoods.
Paul & Andi Andrew
In the summer of 2010, Paul and Andi Andrew moved to New York City from Sydney, Australia to pioneer Liberty Church. The first gatherings were around a picnic table in Central Park as they studied the birth of the church in the book of Acts, and prayed over our vision to influence a city that influences the world.
JR & Tess Carmichael
In 2015 JR & Tess Carmichael moved to New York City with a call to help build the local church. They both have years of ministry experience in different contexts and have been serving the Downtown Brooklyn Community since 2017. When they aren't working you can find them checking out a new restaurant in the neighborhood or playing with their dog Jack.
"Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness. You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God."
2 Corinthians 9:6–11, NIV
