How about High intensive training combined with running? Let's get together to get fit in and near Prospect Park. Throughout the season, we'll be working out together and challenging ourselves individually and collectively. The goal is to beat our personal bests each time and strive for continuous improvement. Open to everyone, at all fitness levels, and feel free to bring a guest!
